re:tones re:firm-8 Wrinkle Peptide Lifting Vial Ampoule 50 mL
- Sealed until you open it. 50 mL in crimp-sealed medical glass. Rubber septum, flip-off aluminum cap.
- Use it on its own, or with the device. A finished 50 mL ampoule. Apply it by hand like any serum. If you own the Tap Pen it is also matched to a depth on the dial, which is why the two were developed together.
- We publish the actual percentages. Every active and its real concentration is printed on this page.
Faulty: full refund, shipping on us. Changed your mind: 30 days if the seal is intact and you pay the shipping. Once opened it cannot be returned.

The issue
The line that used to go away when you stopped smiling.
Expression lines follow how your face moves. They set in first where it moves most.
01 What holds skin taut, and what changes
Under the surface is a mesh of collagen and elastin with water held between it. Two things are at work and only one of them changes.
What holds it taut

How much acetyl hexapeptide-8 is in this vial
0.05 percent on the manufacturer's composition sheet, with adenosine beside it at 400 ppm. Most labels print the ingredient and leave the number out. Peptides are dosed in parts per million rather than percent, so this is the honest way to state it.
02 What we put in, and why those two
Acetyl hexapeptide-8, 500 ppm. A signal peptide, so it acts on cell signalling rather than on the surface. Adenosine at 400 ppm is in the vial with it.
Then the honest part
Five hundred parts per million sounds small next to 21 percent, and it is not. A peptide high on an ingredient list is a warning, not a boast. What is being weighed there is usually the liquid it arrived in, not the peptide. And a concentration is not a promise.
Composition as declared by the manufacturer. A cosmetic product for external use only, not a drug, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Read the full laboratory record
The depth system
One dial. Three payloads. Three places to put them.
The whole line is arranged on a single axis. Choose the depth and the ampoule follows, because each one is formulated for the layer that setting reaches.
The axis is the device's real range, 0.5 to 1.5 mm. The skin layers beside it are drawn schematically for reading, not to anatomical scale, and depth needed varies between people.

The active
Adenosine
re:firm-8Acetyl hexapeptide-8, built on adenosine.
One defined working level rather than a range, and this is it. Where this formula carries a registered wrinkle care function, that registration rides on this rather than on the peptide the vial is named for.
Also in the vial
-
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 500 ppm
The peptide the vial is named for. A signal peptide, which is a class that acts on cell signalling rather than on the surface.
-
Sodium Hyaluronate 4,000 ppm
The salt form of hyaluronic acid. Known for holding water in the upper layers, and it is what carries the water phase here.
-
Gardenia Florida Fruit Extract 250 ppm
The natural colorant. It is the reason this vial is pale blue and the reason there is no synthetic dye in the formula.
-
Anemarrhena Asphodeloides Root Extract 50 ppm
A second botanical, at a fraction of the first.
-
Copper Tripeptide-1 · Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 1 ppm · 0.1 ppm
Both at trace, at the levels the manufacturer states. Its own document disputes both figures, and that dispute is set out below.
Formulated at pH 6.0, a specification with a tolerance that every batch is measured against. Percentages come from the manufacturer's composition sheet for this ampoule. Molecules are drawn to the real skeleton of each ingredient and are illustrations, not structural formulae. Ingredient functions are those the composition sheet assigns; nothing here is a claim about a result.

Unresolved
Two peptide figures the manufacturer disputes with itself
The dossier gives copper tripeptide-1 at 1 ppm and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 at 0.1 ppm. In the same table it prints percentages that work out to 0.01 ppm and 0.001 ppm. That is a hundredfold apart. The ppm figures are published here as stated, and the laboratory has been asked which set is right.

Fragrance
No added fragrance
Nothing in this vial is there for scent. Of the three ampoules only 01 Pore carries added fragrance, at 100 ppm.
Getting it out
The seal is never broken.
The crimp stays on. The dropper pushes through a rubber seal in the middle of the cap and draws a dose. The cap itself never comes off.

-
01
The cap stays on
An aluminum crimp with a rubber septum under it. It is not a lid and it does not come off in normal use.
-
02
The dropper passes through
The blunt plastic tip goes through the septum and the rubber closes behind it. Nothing else goes in with it.
-
03
Air and fingers stay out
A pump pulls room air back in on every press. A bottle you unscrew meets your hands. This one meets neither.
-
04
If the seal resists
We made it tough on purpose, for hygiene. If the syringe will not pass, pierce the rubber at the opening with something sharp.
Each ampoule ships with a 1 mL syringe. The dropper goes through the rubber seal in the cap. The cap never comes off, so the liquid never meets the air.
Loading it
From the vial into the cartridge.
The applicator ships in the box with the vial. Three moves, and the cartridge is loaded.
Take the cover off.
Pull the gray cover straight off the tip. Hold the barrel, not the plunger.
Push it through the seal, then draw.
Press the tip against the rubber seal in the middle of the cap until it goes through. Then pull the plunger back and draw the ampoule up into the barrel. The seal is tough on purpose, for hygiene. If the syringe will not make a hole, pierce it first with something sharp.
Seat it in the cartridge.
Push the filled applicator into the clear cartridge until it seats. That is the part that goes on the device.
The applicator draws from the vial and fills the cartridge. Nothing here is injected. You are putting this on skin that has just been opened, which is the reason the cap is crimped rather than screwed. How the seal works
Provenance
You can check every line of this.
Most brands ask you to take the quality on trust. These are the things you can hold up to the light instead.
- Made Researched, engineered and filled in South Korea. The device and the ampoules were developed together, not sourced separately.
- Printed on your carton Batch number and period-after-opening, on every single one.
- Published Every formulation figure comes from the manufacturer's ingredient statement and is printed as written, including the unremarkable ones.
- Sold Direct from re-tones.com only. Not on marketplaces, not through resellers. If you did not buy it here, we cannot tell you what is in it.
If any line here stops being true we take it down rather than rewording it.
Before you buy.
The questions we actually get, answered without a sales pitch.
Not your question? Write to us at support@re-tones.com
Do I need the device, or does this work on its own?
It works on its own the way any serum does, which is the problem this brand exists to talk about. The formula was built for a barrier that has just been opened, so the device is what it was designed around. You can buy either first.
Is it cheaper to buy it with the device?
Yes. Put both in the cart and 10% comes off the ampoule automatically. Nothing to type at checkout.
How long does one vial last?
That depends on how much you use and how often, so we are not going to give you a number we cannot stand behind. It is 50 mL, which is large for an ampoule, and the recommended cadence with the device is once a week.
Is it safe to use this concentration at home?
It is a cosmetic product formulated for home use, not a professional-only formula. Patch test on a small area first, and if your skin reacts to something, stop using it. Nothing here treats a medical condition.
Can I use it with my other actives?
Leave retinoids and exfoliating acids out of the same session. Give the skin the night, and go back to your normal routine after.
What if it does not suit me?
Thirty days, unopened. If it arrives faulty we pay the return shipping.

My forehead lines are almost gone
I've had deep forehead creases for years, the kind that stayed even when I wasn't raising my eyebrows. After 6 weeks with the re:firm-8 vial paired with the MTS device at 1.0mm, they are dramatically softened. My husband noticed before I even pointed it out. The peptide formula actually targets the cause, not just the surface. The sealed glass vial keeps everything potent. Best anti-wrinkle product I've ever used.

Crow's feet fading fast
The fine lines around my eyes were making me look tired all the time. After a month of weekly treatments these lines are visibly softer. My skin feels firmer and more lifted. Was genuinely surprised by how noticeable the difference is. Love that this has no fragrance, perfect for the eye area.

Better than Botox honestly
I was considering Botox for my expression lines but decided to try this first. SO glad I did. My smile lines and forehead creases have softened significantly after 2 months. The skin bounces back now instead of holding the crease. And I still have full facial movement which was important to me. At $39 vs hundreds for Botox, easy choice.

Good anti-aging serum
Noticed my fine lines looking softer after about 3 weeks. The formula has a nice tightening feel as it dries. Skin looks a bit firmer overall. Would love a larger size option but the results are real.

My 11 lines are disappearing
Those stubborn vertical lines between my eyebrows, the 11 lines, have been my nemesis for years. Creams, serums, patches, nothing touched them. This peptide vial with the MTS device at 1.5mm depth is the ONLY thing that's made a visible difference. They're noticeably shallower after 5 weeks. I look less tired and less stressed according to everyone around me. Cannot recommend enough.

My skin feels lifted
There's a firmness to my skin now that I haven't felt in years. The nasolabial folds are softer, my jawline looks tighter, and my overall complexion has this lifted quality. The acetyl hexapeptide-8 works on signaling at the cellular level and you can really tell the difference from surface-level products. Absolutely love this.

Lines around my mouth are smoothing out
I'm a 45-year-old guy and my laugh lines were getting deep. Started using this 6 weeks ago with the MTS device and the difference is noticeable. Lines are softer, skin feels tighter. No irritation, no fragrance, just results. The sealed vial is a nice touch for keeping it fresh.

Signal peptides are the future
I've researched anti-aging ingredients extensively and acetyl hexapeptide-8 is one of the most promising signal peptides out there. This formula delivers it at 500 ppm in a sealed system that protects the active. The adenosine is a registered wrinkle-care ingredient in Korea which adds credibility. After 4 weeks my expression lines are visibly softened. The ingredient transparency from this brand is unmatched, every concentration listed.

Aging on my own terms
I'm 52 and I'm not trying to look 25. I just want my skin to look healthy and for my wrinkles to soften a bit. This does exactly that. My forehead lines are less deep, my skin has more bounce, and I look refreshed. The no-fragrance formula is gentle and the peptide approach feels healthier than harsh anti-aging treatments. Really happy with this.

Solid wrinkle treatment
Fine lines around my eyes and forehead have softened. The tightening sensation when it dries feels satisfying. Good product, good ingredients. Takes a few weeks to see results but they're there.

My smile lines used to bother me, not anymore
I avoided smiling in photos because of my deep smile lines. After 2 months with this vial my lines have softened so much that I actually love my smile again. Using it with the MTS device at 1.0-1.5mm made all the difference. The serum gets delivered right where it needs to go. My skin feels so much firmer and more elastic. Was honestly surprised something could work this well at home.

Turning 40 never looked this good
Hit 40 and the wrinkles started showing up fast. This has been my secret weapon. My forehead lines, crow's feet, and smile lines are all visibly softer. The peptide formula targets the structural support under the skin rather than just sitting on top. The sealed glass vial with the syringe feels medical-grade. Worth every penny.
