Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States, all 50 states. We also ship to the United Kingdom, France, Germany and South Korea.

What it costs

United States: $6.95, and free on orders of $120 or more. Everywhere else, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address.

When it goes out

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Orders after that, or on a weekend or holiday, leave the next business day.

How long it takes

Two to five business days in transit after dispatch. You get a tracking link by email the moment the label is scanned.

If tracking stops moving

Message us through the contact page with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier we send a replacement at our cost.

Address errors

We can change an address until the label is printed. After that the parcel has to complete its trip and come back to us before we can resend it.
