Korea is one of the few places where both halves of this product live in the same supply chain. Home microneedling devices and clinical ampoules grew up there side by side, in the same cities, serving the same clinics. That is not national flavor on a carton. It is the practical reason re:tones could be developed as one system instead of a pen sourced from one country and a serum sourced from another.

The device and the three ampoules were researched and built together, in South Korea, to work as a pair. The cartridge geometry, the depth the tip travels, and the thickness of the liquid going through it were settled against each other rather than separately. That is why the ampoule is released as the tip lands, not patted on afterwards, and it is the part a company assembling two suppliers' parts cannot copy.

The ampoules are filled and crimp-sealed into medical glass in Korea. Nothing is decanted along the way, and the vial is not opened again until you open it. Cartridges arrive sterile and are used once, then thrown away. The formulation figures on this site are taken from the manufacturer's own ingredient statement and printed as written, including the ones that are unremarkable.

The company that sells it to you is Idenbrick LLC, in the United States. That is who takes the order, who ships it, and who you take it up with if something is wrong. Made in Korea, answerable here. We would rather you knew which was which than find out later.

Almost everything that works in skincare started in a clinic. Microneedling was something you booked. You sat through it, and you paid a professional to do it, because the equipment was professional equipment and the judgement was professional judgement.
